La Golden Eye checks every item for defects before shipment. Contact us immediately at: [email protected], if any kind of defect noticed before signing the receipt of the package.
All our products are insured and require a signature for delivery. Feel free to refuse an item after noticing any kind of damage or defect.
A defected item is a damaged or badly produced good. A product isn't considered as damaged 'before delivery' after being worn. Note that we don't accept returned damaged or defected products caused by the customer. Don't iron or wash the item before return.
Returned items need to be kept in their original package. We can only proceed to an exchange after the returned good has arrived in a perfect condition.
You can exchange any item within 14 working days after delivery for free. Any returned item after 14 days will not be accepted.
Always mention the reason why you want to exchange the product at: [email protected]. We will then send you practical instructions by e-mail for the procedures to exchange the item.
